Ted H. Bartelstone, Esquire, has been engaged in the practice of law for more than forty years. Ted concentrates his practice currently in commercial business matters, including transactions, trials and appeals. Ted was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1977. He is admitted to the bar of all state courts in Florida and in the state of Missouri as well. Ted is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh and Federal Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ted earned his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School. He has continuously practiced law in South Florida since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1977 and he is also admitted to practice in the State of Missouri. Ted is Peer Review Rated “AV Preeminent®” by Martindale-Hubbell® since 1999.

Ted H. Bartelstone, Esq. practices law separate from Henkel & Cohen, P.A. The "Of Counsel" designation is used to describe the relationship between the two firms in jointly representing certain common clients on specified matters. Ted H. Bartelstone, Esq. is not employed by Henkel & Cohen, P.A. and he does not employ any of the attorneys of Henkel & Cohen, P.A.
